Do I need to be a German citizen to invest in German real estate?
No. You can invest with a Blue Card, a work visa, or EU citizenship. You do need an unlimited work contract and a net income of at least €3,000 per month to qualify for financing. We will tell you exactly where you stand in your first free session.
How much money do I need to get started?
You need a minimum of €10,000 in equity capital to cover purchase ancillary costs including notary fees, land registry, and property transfer tax. The property itself can often be financed without a down payment. We show you the exact numbers for your situation from the very first call.
I don't speak German. Is that a problem?
